1. Conditions for Return Eligibility

2. How to Request a Return

Filling Out the Return Form:

To initiate the return process, visit the returns page on our website and complete the return form with the following information:

  • Order number;

  • Products to be returned;

  • Reason for the return (optional but appreciated).

After completing the form, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Shipping the Return:

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@yournbrand.com if:

  • The item is damaged;

  • You received the wrong item.

These cases will be evaluated by us, and if confirmed, we will take the necessary steps to correct the issue, including refunds or exchanges.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

5. Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, the fastest method is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

6. Right of Withdrawal - European Union
If the merchandise is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must:
